What Invite is
Invite is the member and partner onboarding tool in ImpactMatrix. You send a single email invitation or use Bulk Upload CSV for a list, add an optional message, and send. The list shows pending invitations with sent dates, and invitations expire after 30 days. Invited team members share your plan's seat allotment, which also covers ImpactVolunteer.

Questions
How do I invite partners to ImpactMatrix?
Open Invite Members, enter a single email address or use Bulk Upload CSV for a list, add an optional message, and select Send Invitation. Pending invitations appear with their sent date, and each expires 30 days after it is sent.
Can I invite many organizations at once?
Yes. Bulk Upload CSV takes a list in one go, which suits coalitions, VOAD rosters and grantee cohorts that already maintain a partner spreadsheet. One optional message goes out with the batch.
Do invitations expire?
Yes, after 30 days. The invitation list shows pending invitations with sent dates so you can follow up before they lapse, and you can re-send to anyone whose invitation expired without being accepted.
Do invited members use my seats?
Team members you invite draw on your plan's user allotment, and those seats also cover ImpactVolunteer. Partner organizations that join with their own accounts do not consume your seats. Seat count changes are made on Billing at your next bill date.
