The list shows pending invitations with sent dates, and invitations expire after 30 days. Invited team members share your plan's seat allotment, which also covers ImpactVolunteer.

Why would we invite our own customers?
Because a relief buyer who sees your Offers and confirmed fulfilment records orders faster and asks for less reassurance. It also means their needs reach you as ranked matches instead of an urgent phone call.
Do invited customers cost us seats?
Organizations joining with their own accounts do not consume your seat allotment. Supplier pricing is by vendor size — see View Plans.
What does this cost a supplier?
Supplier pricing is by annual revenue tier, then per seat within that tier: $199/seat (Small Vendor, 1–10 seats), $499/seat (Regional Vendor, up to 25), $999/seat (National Vendor, up to 50) and $1,499/seat (Enterprise Vendor, up to 100), each with a matching monthly token allowance. Strategic Partner is by custom quote. The 30-day free trial requires no credit card, which is the cheapest way to see whether the demand on the network fits what you stock.
How do I invite partners to ImpactMatrix?
Open Invite Members, enter a single email address or use Bulk Upload CSV for a list, add an optional message, and select Send Invitation. Pending invitations appear with their sent date, and each expires 30 days after it is sent.
