The Services are provided by ImpactMatrix ("we," "us," or "our") as a technology platform for matching needs with offers, coordinating logistics, and providing AI data insights. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. As a platform, we release all liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If using on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind it.
Account Registration and Responsibilities
Create an account with accurate information to use features like posting needs/offers or initiating logistics. You're responsible for credential security, notifying us of breaches, and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice or liability.
User Content and Conduct
You may submit content such as needs listings, offers, logistics details, or feedback ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for operating the Services. Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content but are not obligated to monitor it. You are solely liable for your User Content.
Platform Activities
The Services facilitate matches between needs and offers with logistics and AI insights. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any matches, offers, or outcomes and release all liabilities for disputes, failures, or harms. Users participate at their own risk and should conduct due diligence.
Intellectual Property
All platform materials (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy or exploit them without consent.
Prohibited Activities
Do not use the Services illegally, interfere with operations, harvest data, or use automation without permission. Violations may lead to termination without liability.
Linked Websites and Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for third-party links or content; use them at your own risk.
Internet Software or Computer Viruses
We disclaim liability for equipment harm from viruses or other issues.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising out of your use, violations, or User Content, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
Termination
We may terminate access at any time; provisions such as disclaimers and limitations of liability survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
