Can we onboard a class or cohort at once?
Yes, with Bulk Upload CSV. Student seats come from your allotment, so check the usage bar in User Allotment before inviting a large cohort mid-term.
What happens to student seats at semester end?
You manage seats in User Allotment, and count changes are made on Billing and take effect at your next bill date with no mid-cycle charges — which suits an academic calendar reasonably well.
What does this cost a campus?
