The partners you already call, on one network.
A coordination network is worth what your partners bring to it.
Invite is how a nonprofit brings its team and its partners onto ImpactMatrix: a single email address or a Bulk Upload CSV, an optional message, and a Send Invitation button. Pending invitations are listed with their sent date and expire after 30 days.

What Invite does
Invite is the member and partner onboarding tool in ImpactMatrix. You can send a single email invitation or use Bulk Upload CSV for a list, add an optional message, and send. The invitation list shows pending invitations with their sent date, and invitations expire after 30 days. Team members you invite share your plan's seat allotment, which also covers ImpactVolunteer.
What you can do
Two audiences, one button.
Bring a whole coalition list in at once. If you already keep a partner roster in a spreadsheet for your VOAD or long-term recovery group, that spreadsheet is your onboarding file.
Add the one warehouse manager, county liaison or program partner you need on the platform before Thursday's call.
Say why you're inviting them. "We're moving our needs list off the group text — this is where the pallets get claimed now" gets accepted; a bare system email doesn't.
The list shows what's pending and when it was sent. Invitations expire after 30 days, so chase before they lapse rather than after.
Standing up your network
Start with the people you already call
Your three most-called partners matter more than fifty cold invitations. The network's value to them is what your organization posts on it.
Bulk upload the rest
Take the coalition roster you already maintain and upload it as CSV with a message that explains the change.
Follow up before day 30
Pending invitations expire after 30 days. The pending list with sent dates is your follow-up queue.
Why onboarding is the whole game for a coordination tool
The problem
Coordination platforms fail for one reason: half the partners never joined, so the coordinator keeps working the phone anyway and the platform becomes a second system nobody trusts.
What the platform does
Bulk CSV onboarding, a message you write yourself, and a pending list with expiry so invitations don't quietly die in an inbox.
The artifact
A member list that matches your actual partner roster — and a shared record of who's reachable when you need a truck at 5am on a Sunday.
Not just seat provisioning
Most software invites colleagues. This invites the ecosystem: your team, and the partner organizations you coordinate with. Team members consume seats from your allotment; partner organizations bring their own account into the same network, and can be gathered into a private Internal Matrix once they're on.
Use ImpactMatrix when
You coordinate with organizations outside your own payroll and want them reachable in the same system as your needs and offers.
Use something else when
You only need internal user provisioning for your own staff and have no external partners to bring on. The seat controls in User Allotment cover that on their own.

Questions
How do I invite partners to ImpactMatrix?
Open Invite Members, enter a single email address or use Bulk Upload CSV for a list, add an optional message, and select Send Invitation. Pending invitations appear in a list with their sent date, and each invitation expires 30 days after it is sent.
Can I invite many organizations at once?
Yes. Bulk Upload CSV takes a list of addresses in one go, which suits coalitions, VOAD rosters and long-term recovery groups that already maintain a partner spreadsheet. You can include one optional message that goes out with the batch.
Do invitations expire?
Yes, invitations expire 30 days after they are sent. The invitation list shows pending invitations with their sent date so you can follow up before they lapse, and you can re-send to anyone whose invitation expired without being accepted.
Do invited team members use up my seats?
Team members you invite draw on your plan's user allotment, and those seats also cover ImpactVolunteer. Seat changes are made on Billing and take effect at your next bill date, with no mid-cycle charges. Partner organizations that join with their own accounts don't consume your seats.
Is inviting available during the trial?
Yes. You can invite team members and partners during the 30-day free trial, which requires no credit card. That's the fastest way to find out whether the platform works for your coordination pattern before you pick a plan.
