What Dashboard is
The ImpactMatrix dashboard is the post-login home screen. It carries Quick Actions (Create Need, Create Offer, Create Story, Create Event), counters for Needs Created and Offers Received, Browse Needs and Browse Offers into the live network, and a My Activity section covering Needs, Offers, Stories, Events and Refer & Earn.
What you can do
The module in four moves. Button and tab names are the real ones.
Post an ask with category, quantity and location — the three fields the match engine reads.
Post spare capacity before anyone asks: space, transport, equipment, expertise.
Read the live network without posting. The fastest way to understand who else is working your area.
Needs, Offers, Stories, Events and Refer & Earn in one list.
Pick your organization type
The feature is the same. What you do with it is not.

Questions
What is the ImpactMatrix dashboard?
The dashboard is the screen you land on after login. It holds Quick Actions for Create Need, Create Offer, Create Story and Create Event, counters for Needs Created and Offers Received, browse links into the live network, and a My Activity list of everything your organization has open.
Is the dashboard the same for every organization type?
The Quick Actions are the same; what you post through them differs by organization type. A nonprofit mostly posts Needs and claims surplus, a supplier mostly posts Offers, and a government agency mostly watches what is being asked for across its jurisdiction.
Can several people from one organization use it?
Yes. Team members share your plan's seat allotment, and the same seats cover ImpactVolunteer. Anything posted from Quick Actions belongs to the organization rather than the person, so coverage does not break when one coordinator is deployed.
Do I need a credit card to see the dashboard?
No. The 30-day free trial requires no credit card and opens directly on the dashboard. You can post needs and offers, browse the network and invite your team, then choose a plan from inside the dashboard when you are ready.
