What Distribution Reports is
A nonprofit opens a completed donation under Gifts in Kind, Received Goods, and records a distribution report: intended use, distribution method, estimated beneficiaries, beneficiary group, location and dates, with SDG tags, an emergency-response flag and notes. Save it as a draft to finish later, or submit it, which locks it as a compliance record. The Distribution Reports page totals reports, submissions, drafts and beneficiaries reached. Donors who asked for an impact report get it from the recipient's submission.
