Question 1

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every organization type starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required. You choose a plan from your dashboard whenever you are ready.

Question 2

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing saves 10% compared with paying monthly.

Question 3

How does seat-based pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Nonprofits, foundations and suppliers are billed per seat, and seat #1 is always the account admin rather than an invite slot, so invite capacity is one less than the total seats purchased. Businesses and academic institutions are also billed per seat, but every seat is invitable with none reserved for the admin.
