Organisation admins and coordinators with invite permissions can send invitations. Admins can configure which roles have invite privileges in your organisation settings.
Current roles include Coordinator, Volunteer, Donor, and Observer. Each role comes with appropriate access permissions that can be further customised by your admin.
Yes. A single ImpactMatrix account can belong to multiple organisations with different roles in each — supporting volunteers and partners who work across several groups.
Pending invites appear in your dashboard. You can resend, revoke, or update the invitation at any time. Expired invites are flagged automatically.
